Studied (conducting and piano) at the Music Academy in Sarajevo. Further studying at the Music University in Vienna with Prof. U. Lajovic. Since 1993 chief-conductor of PONS ARTIS Chamber Orchestra and PONS ARTIS Ensemble (contemporary music) in Vienna. Guest-conductor in the State Operas of Belgrade and Novi Sad, Sarajevo, Skopje and Janacek Opera Brno , atthe Summer Opera Festival in Gars am Kamp, principal guest-conductor of Irkutsk Philharmonie. Numerous concerts in Albania, Austria, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Japan, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakai, Russia and USA.

Anna Pavlova was born in 1989 in the city of Penza (RU). In 1994 she entered Children's Music School №1 in Penza (her teacher was the honored worker of culture of the Russian Federation - G. S. Grossman),

in 2004 she entered Penza Music College

(class of the honored worker of culture of the Russian Federation - G. A. Grossman). In 2005 she participated in the international competition “Sinyaya ptitsa”

(The Blue Bird) (Ukraine, city of Simferopol), where she won the first prize. In 2007 she entered Saratov State Conservatory (Academy) named after L. V. Sobinov

(Class of People’s Artist, Professor L. I. Shugom).

After graduation she teached at the Saratov State Conservatory from March till October 2013. Therafter she moved to Austria to study at Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität (Austria, Linz),

in the class of Professor Oleg Marshev, where she graduated in June 2016.

recipient of the prize of the Fourth Independent International competition for vocalists and pianists (Russia, Moscow 2012)

prize winner (IV prize) of the III international piano competition (Germany, Troisdorf 2014)

finalist and recipient of the special prize of the VI international piano competition «Rosario Marciano» (Austria, Vienna 2014)

finalist and recipient of the special prize of the ХI international piano competition «Princesse Lalla Meryem» ( Morocco, Rabat 2014)

winner of the Debut International Piano Competition(USA, New York 2015)

A. Pavlova gave concerts in Ukraine, Armenia, Russia, Austria, Czech Republic, Portugal, Poland and USA. She performed with symphony orchestra headed by A. Ivanov (Russia, Moscow), E. Serov (Russia, Volgograd), V. Ponkin (Russia, Krasnodar), I. Kazhdan (Ukraine, Simferopol), O. Balan (Italy, Cantu).

She has been a member of St. Petersburg House of Music since 2010.

She has a big repertoire, which includes masterpieces of European and Russian classical music.

 

Prof. Samhaber-Eck. Petra

Samhaber-Eckhardt cropedBAROQUE VIOLIN

Born in Linz, Austria; Petra Samhaber-Eckhardt began to study violin with Gunar Letzbor. After she has finished school, she started her studies on modern violin at the Mozarteum Salzburg (concert diploma and teaching diploma); during this period, she was already very interested in baroque violin and historical performance practice, and took her first studies with Hiro Kurosaki and Michi Gaigg. After her successful diplomas at Salzburg she moved to London for studying baroque violin at the `Royal College of Music´ with Andrew Manze and Ingrid Seifert. She finished her postgraduate study with distinction. While studying she has won several prizes at competitions in England (UK early music, final round BBC music award). In 2011 she finished her Master with distinction at the Bruckner Privatuniversität Linz in the class of Michi Gaigg.

She also studied with Enrico Onofri at the `Conservatorio Bellini´ in Palermo, and became a musical partner of him.

She is the leader of the successful Austrian Ensemble CASTOR, which got an excellent reputation the last years and has been invited to many famous festivals (Carinthischer Sommer, Attergauer Kultursommer, Festival St. Gallen etc.). She is also member of the `L´Orfeo Barockorchester´. She is working throughout Europe and South America also as concertmaster (Michi Gaigg, Enrico Onofri, Ton Koopman) and was invited for leading the orchestra at the Innsbrucker Festwochen in 2016. She will also join the Eszterhazy Hofkapelle Fertöd next year. Chamber music projects with Emma Murphy and Bridget Cunningham will take her to France and England.

In 2013 her first book ´Musical-rhetorical figures in the sonatas BWV 1014-1019 by J.S. Bach ´ was published.
